Welcome back to the Small Church Pastor Coaching Program!

I created this video for a church board to watch together, and to use the process shared to create a mission, and a vision, and strategy for their church.  You can watch it alone as a pastor or church leader, but I’d encourage you to schedule a board retreat, and do something similar to this process to get your ideas all nailed down.

The video is only 42 minutes long, but if you take the breaks recommended, it will take you several hours to complete.
